PHOENIX THE PROGRAM is a 6 week program (30 different workouts) created to build strength, endurance, contioning, and mental toughness. The program uses a hybrid style of strength, animal flow, hiit, core, and aerobics to achieve balanced training. Phoenix is designed to be progressive by increasing work loads, reps, and weight as the weeks go on.
